Scott Brannan  is a life-long resident of the Lehigh Valley and a graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. After graduating from law school, Scott served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable President Judge Margherita Patti-Worthington of the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas. At present, He handles several areas of debt relief including, but not limited to, mortgage debt, credit card debt, FCRA and FDCPA violations, and student loan debt. Scott is one of the few attorneys in Pennsylvania that handles all aspects of student loan law. He has assisted clients throughout the nation with repayment plans, administrative discharges, forgiveness and bankruptcy discharges.
