What are your rights and what can you do when you discover that the property line is not where you thought it was. This course will cover information regarding a variety of problematic issues that may arise within even the most peaceful of neighborhoods, residential, commercial, and industrial. This includes rights created by paper streets, rights created by abandoned rail lines, property lines changed by the movement of streams, claims relating to trees and other growing encroachments, claims related to inaccurate historic surveys.
