Welcome to the online home of the Franklin County Bar Association! We are dedicated to pursuing the administration of justice for all persons and upholding the integrity of our chosen profession. To accomplish our goals, we offer numerous programs for both our members and the community. We also publish the Franklin County Legal Journal, the official legal publication of the county as designated by the Court of Common Pleas of the 39th Judicial District of Pennsylvania.
