Rule 39-233. Service. Legal Papers other than Writs and Pleadings

39-233.1. Any notice required to be given under any of the Rules of Civil Procedure, or a statute for which provision for service thereof is not specified, shall be given in writing and served on the proper person in the manner provided by Pa.R.C.P. 233 for service upon a party.

39-233.2. In any case in which either the giving or serving of notice upon a person is not provided for by Pennsylvania or Local Rules of Civil Procedure, or a special Order of Court, the party appearing in the action shall direct the Prothonotary to post on the Prothonotary's bulletin board a copy of any Order, Decree or Judgment to remain for at least thirty (30) days.
