Rule 39-226. Points for Charge

39-226.1. Each point for charge shall be submitted to the Court on a separate piece of paper, 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches, double spaced containing the caption and the point number.

39-226.2. All points known by counsel to be required for a decision of the case shall be submitted to the Court not less than five days prior to trial. Additional points that may be required because of the evidence received at the trial may be submitted at the close of the evidence.

39-226.3. The Court shall rule on each point prior to the attorneys' summations.
