Rule 39-1033. Amendment

39-1033.1. Where an amendment of a pleading is permitted by the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure or allowed by the Court, such amendment may be in the form of a supplementary pleading setting forth only the amendment numbered in such a way as to preserve the continuity of the pleading.

39-1033.2. Pleadings, Petitions or other papers filed in any cause may be amended or withdrawn upon such terms as to continuance and costs as may be imposed by the Court.
