Rule 39-1027. Service of Copies

Should a party who files a pleading, other than a Complaint by which an action is commenced, fail to serve the same in accordance with Pa.R.C.P. 1027 within five (5) days after filing, such failure to serve may be deemed by the Court a sufficient reason to strike off the pleading upon Motion.
