The Franklin County Bar Association and the Franklin County Law Library are located together on the third floor of the Heritage Center Office Complex, 100 Lincoln Way East, directly across the street from the Franklin County Courthouse in downtown Chambersburg.

The bar association has a conference room available for use by both local and out-of-county attorneys for depositions, mediations, arbitrations and more. The fee for visiting attorneys is $50 for a half-day or $100 for a whole day. To check on availability, contact the bar office at 717-267-2032 or contact us by email.
