For the Legal Community
The Franklin County Bar Association and the Franklin County Law Library are located together on the third floor of the Heritage Center Office Complex, 100 Lincoln Way East, directly across the street from the Franklin County Courthouse in downtown Chambersburg.
The bar association has two conference rooms available for use by both local and out-of-county attorneys for depositions, mediations, arbitrations and more. The fees for visiting attorneys are:
- Large conference room, $50 for a half-day or $100 for a whole day
- Small conference room, $35 for a half-day or $50 for a whole day
